TalentSpark was formed in 2015 in response to the growing entrepreneurial ecosystem within Scotland. We knew that with our team of specialist consultants at Eden Scott, their extensive networks and wealth of experience we could support these companies to find the talent they needed.
In the last two years we have supported a number of Scotland’s most exciting start-ups including Pick Protection and ShotScope, both of whom are Converge Challenge Alumni. We advised on the right board appointments and advisors, the right levels of candidates to pitch for and of course helped source the best talent available.
In partnering with Converge Challenge we will offer some real insight into the skills market and advise the cohort on how to structure a business in terms of staffing.
