Dyneval is a fast-growing start-up with exciting ambitions to revolutionise dairy farming by becoming the expert choice for semen analysis. Their product - Dynescan - can be used by anyone, anywhere. Dyneval is delighted to announce that it has secured total funding of over £1.8M to establish a new quality control standard for semen analysis that will benefit users across the livestock production chain.


Eden Scott is delighted to be a retained partner to Dyneval to recruit a number of exciting roles across the business. These new hires will enable the team to accelerate growth from 3 to 10 employees within the next few months as it launches its first product in January 2022 and extends integration of its technology into other platforms.

Veterinary Commercial Lead

A highly experienced Business Development professional, you will have an exciting and challenging role and will be responsible for leading and managing global sales and business growth to ensure company quarterly and annual business goals and objectives are achieved. With a background in worldwide business development, your duties and responsibilities will include;

  • Identifying, acquiring and leading client business development activities within a global client base
  • Provide a consultative business development service from initial enquiry through all stages of engagement to successful client acquisition and long-term relationship management and service provision
  • Ensure the highest standards of service provision are maintained in terms of quality, cost and delivery
  • Ensure service provision meets company, client and industry requirements
  • Support product development across a global client base

Min Degree qualified within a relevant veterinary or associated qualification, you will have proven experience leading company Business Development and sales activities to the ruminant livestock industries and in building relationships with cattle breeding and farm focussed veterinary practices and associated stakeholder groups. You will possess a thorough knowledge of bovine reproduction (physiology, anatomy etc.) and artificial breeding techniques in ruminants with associated international market experience of large-scale production in beef and dairy.

Previous experience in SAAS based technologies would be a distinct advantage. Direct experience in global sales, in particular for European, North and South American and Australian markets preferred.

The role will be a hybrid working model and, as such, applications are encouraged from UK wide applicants.
